NYCPD Chief James P. O'Neill and Executive Artist Kyle Holbrook, this collaboration is through the Police Athletic League (PAL), after school centers and armories all around the city. The purpose was to further build the relationship between the Community and the Police Department in response to please brutality incidents throughout New York City.
New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio and Artist Kyle Holbrook at Police Athletic League Headquarter in Harlem, Kyle has been partnering with P.A.L. at events all over NYC during the spring, summer and fall in 2016-19 each mural was painted with NYPD officers, community member and youth and will be permanently placed in Armories and Community Center throughout NYC and a permanent reminders of the beauty that can be made when we work together.
Former New York City Mayor David Dinkins signed the mural "Merry Christmas" during the Annual P.A.L Holiday Event in Harlem 2016. The Event is sponsored in part by Harlem born Greek- American Philanthropist and Billionaire John A. Catsimatidis.

In conjunction with National Inclusive Schools Week(Open external link), the theme of ISW is “Draw Me In(Open external link).” NYC public schools will join schools across the country in using this theme to celebrate ISW and grow inclusion efforts at their school.
