American Artist Kyle Holbrook Unveils Peace Mural in Poblacion, Makati

International muralist Kyle Holbrook has completed a new public artwork at 5374 General Luna Street in Poblacion, Makati City. The mural centers on the universal message of peace, unity, and shared humanity.

As a visiting American artist, Holbrook approached the project with humility and deep respect for the Filipino community. Rather than commenting on politics or specific events, the mural focuses on timeless values that resonate across cultures: family, community, resilience, and bayanihan. The Mural is painted in a street art style similar to Banksy to be easily recognizable.

Located in one of Makati’s most dynamic neighborhoods, the mural offers a visual pause within a fast paced urban environment. It is designed to inspire reflection, empathy, and everyday acts of kindness. In a world experiencing division and global uncertainty, the work serves as a reminder that peace begins with individual responsibility and mutual respect.
