This is probably the best place in Prague to paint a real piece.

Why
Skaters, graffiti, and one of the best city views in Europe.
Good place to film your Peace Tour video content.

Since the 1980s people have painted messages of peace and freedom here.
Important
Spray paint is sometimes restricted but people still write messages.
